Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy Booking Policy: Clients can book any class up to 12 hours before the class begins. Bookings can be made online or on the Wix app at any time. If a class is full, clients can join a waitlist. You will be notified through the Wix app if a spot becomes available. If notified, clients have 30 minutes to confirm their spot, or it will be given to the next person on the waitlist. Cancellation Policy: To avoid being charged for a class, clients must cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class will result in a full charge for the session. To cancel a booking, please use the Wix app or contact us directly via email or phone. Additional Information: We encourage clients to book their classes as early as possible to secure their spot. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
