About Day One PT and Pilates

When it comes to your health and wellness, there is a big difference between "day one" and "one day". At Day One, we want you to start right now, no matter where you are, and even if (especially if) you aren't sure if you're ready.
If you are thinking about regaining control of your health or starting a personal wellness journey, the time is right now!
You'll always remember day one of your journey- it will be the day where things were tough, you weren't sure you could do it, and then days, weeks, and months later you'll think back on that day with pride in how far you've come!

Meet Dr. Katie Landier, PT, DPT, Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Geriatric Physical Therapy and NCPT Certified Pilates Instructor.
Dr. Landier has a focus on pelvic health, particularly for those in perimenopause and menopause, but treats all women with pelvic health issues/concerns. Dr. Landier has completed Herman and Wallace Level 1 and 2B and The Heather Hirsch Academy Mastering Menopause for Allied Healthcare Professionals, and the PelviEd online pelvic health residency program.
Dr. Landier knows that pelvic health is vital to overall health, because when there's something going on "down below" it impacts daily life- mentally, physically, and emotionally.
Her greatest goal is to empower women to be in control of their health journey. She aims to do so by educating women on what is considered normal versus what needs (and deserves) treatment, providing quality, individualized care, and helping women advocate for their needs.
